Chief of Party (COP) Finance and Administration Manager Grants and Compliance Manager (GCM) Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialist Deputy Chief of Party

Reporting To: Director/CEO
Location: Based in one of the counties under Cluster 10 or 11
Key Responsibilities:

Key liaison with USAID, GoK institutions and senior national and county level government officials.
S/he supervise project implementation and ensures the project meets stated goals and reporting requirements.
Take leadership role in coordination among USAID and key stakeholders and other implementing partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

Ten (10) years of experience in senior role leading a complex technical service delivery program of similar scope and dollar value.
A master’s degree in social science, public health, medicine, management, business administration or related field.
Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in partnership building, especially with government representatives, donors, the private sector and local community organizations.
Experience holding senior positions in HIV programming in Kenya is an added advantage.
Must be Kenyan citizen
