We are looking for a talented and self driven e-commerce specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be fully conversant with and competent in what it takes to setup and run a successful e-commerce store.
Responsibilities
Setting up a fully-fledged and competitive e-commerce store
Updating and managing product inventory
Monitoring day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance
Improving user experience
Increasing website traffic and sales
Growing brand loyalty
Executing digital marketing campaigns on social media, search engines and other websites
Search engine optimization
Converting prospects and closing sales deals
Ensuring timely product delivery
Handling enquiries, queries and complaints
Customer and after sales service
Developing subject matter expertise in main product categories
Handling daily business administration.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant IT related field
E-commerce and/or digital marketing qualifications
At least two years’ experience in handling online sales
Experience in marketing computer hardware, software and accessories is an added advantage
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Experience using web analytics and optimization tools
Good analytical skills
Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills
