POSITION OVERVIEW
The role holder will manage daily activities, responsible for taking inbound and Out bound calls as per the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) outlined by the company.
The role will be interacting with the Assistant Operations Manager, Head of Operations, Training Manager and HR Manager.
Required Skills & Experience:
Academic Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Experience:
Minimum 2 Years’ experience in a Hospital in the capacity of a nurse.
Certified Nurse or Health practitioner in Kenya with a certification to work in USA
Must have taken and passed the INCLEX exam
Excellent Written and verbal communication Skills
Analytical & Reporting Skills
Organization Skills
Responsibilities:
Handling a multitude of different calls including: the main switchboard, calls with patients and their family members, emergencies, telehealth services, disaster response
Providing 24-hour access to healthcare
Scheduling, internal hospital communications for patients
Research required information using available resources
Provide customers with medical service information
Enter client information into system
Follow up on client calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
