Project Delivery/Management:
Roles and responsibilities –
The EM will take up program management role to oversee all activities within the Fleming Fund project.
Develop the project plan with timelines and deliverables and lead project to successful completion, on-time and on-budget, from start to finish with limited senior management guidance
Manage the smooth rollout and implementation of the project across as per agreed project plan and timelines
Support hiring and managing of project teams and data collection agencies/external consultants
Manage the project team including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of project
Serve as the liaison between the client, consortium partners, IQVIA regional and country teams
Provide technical leadership during project delivery
Provide high level input to, and ensure the development of, client reports and presentations and delivers all or significant portions of findings to the client
Negotiate and manage third party contracts for data collection and/or other activities
Conduct on-site technical assistance visits to each county/country as needed/requested
Represent IQVIA in stakeholder/client/consortium meetings
Proactively mentor, coach and shares subject matter expertise with team members
