About The Role
The Assistant Human Resource Manager is a critical Support role as it takes care of most valuable assets; thus the people and the company culture. This, role majorly entails developing and implementing people programs that reinforce company culture, support employee and organization performance and drive professional growth. The role requires you to understand the importance of preserving and strengthening culture, establish, and adapt processes and strategies with long-term impact on growing the employees, mentorship and coaching
Key Responsibilities
Continually develop and iterate the hiring process to in cooperate best practices and eliminate bias in order to recruit the best people for SunCulture.
Oversee all aspect of Human Resources administration, including employment processing, contracting, health and welfare benefits, immigration, records management, safety and health, and local legal compliance.
Ensure that SunCulture’s culture is replicated in all areas where SunCulture is present
Manage, coach, inspire, and grow SunCulture’s people team.
Collaborate with team members to initiate and implement all employee wellness events and initiatives to support all Employees and promote a happy and healthy workplace.
Managing all HR operations ie recruitment and selection, onboarding and orientation, training and development, coaching and mentoring, counselling and employee discipline, performance management , job analysis and evaluation ,compensation and rewards and employee relations determining productivity and performance management strategies; designing systems; resolving problems and implementing change whenever needed.

Collaborate with all departmental heads to identify their human resource needs and agree on timelines for execution
Optimize data and reporting; identify synergies and other opportunities for enhancement of current systems, resources and processes for improved efficiency, quality, timeliness and accuracy of HR functions.
To be a dynamic communicator who is able to engage with audiences from diverse cultures, different levels and in multiple locations to create cohesion
Ensure clear communication on all policies, strategies, goals and changes to ensure transparency and accountability across the organization
Facilitate communication across the organization by fostering top- bottom and bottom-up flow of information, ideas, feedback and grievances to curb conflict situations
Deliver through others by delegation of duties, proper time management and getting buy in from the team members
Creating, supporting and maintaining a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and customer focus across functional areas
Support the Leadership team in insuring all team members are aligned to their OKR’s, have ownership and give updates on progress on a weekly basis
Collaborate and provide support to the leadership team whenever required to set business objectives and development goals

Experience in drafting budgets and financial forecasting

Have the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
