Job Summary
Reporting to the Administrative Assistant the job is responsible for ensuring thatNYEWASCO clients and visitors are served efficiently and effectively, being theimmediate point of contact into the company
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Academic Diploma in Secretarial Duties or front Office Operations.
Diploma in Business Administration/Management will be an
added advantage
Experience : 3 years’ experience in a similar job

Responsibilities

Manage front office including ambience and idleness.
Receive and attend to guests of the company and directing enquiries and guests to relevant officers
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and directing them as necessary
Receive hand delivered mails and dispatching them to the relevant offices
Report on faulty telephone lines
Provide information and answering phone enquires as appropriate
Answer calls, route them to respective officers and / or take messages
 Keep the reception are tidy
 Maintain a proper telephone and cell-phones billing record
 Ensure that the switchboard equipment is in good working condition
 Maintain the emergency cell-phone including weekends, public holidays and after official working hours
Provide secretarial services whenever called upon to do so
