Job Description:
Our client, an international Oil & Gas company with a large African reach, is searching for an experienced Sales Manager that will oversee and develop Key Accounts in a strong sales team environment. The incumbent will work with the local Sales & Marketing team, and Operations Team to support sales operations to ultimately improve LPG market share.
Responsibilities:

Ensures effective management and distribution of LPG bottles/bulk to all channel’s customers in liaison with Distribution Manger and Terminal/Plant personnel.
Acquisition on New Customer Accounts & maintain key relations with Key customer accounts.
Effective procurement of LPG hardware and technology in Local and International Markets.
· Provide market data, observations and trends to drive strategy and offer development.
Responsible for channel (both retail and commercial), product, service and sales/marketing innovations and business-building programs.
 Liase with company with Industry and Government on matters regarding LPG policy.
Responsible for sales results: volume, pricing, margins and market share.
Ensures effective management and distribution of LPG bottles/bulk to all channel’s customers in liaison with other teams.
Ensure high SHE standards are maintained at customer premises and company operations for LPG deliveries.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

Relevant degree in Science/Marketing/Engineering
At least 10 years of Sales and Marketing experience, with majority of this time in LPG industry.
Experience in sales leadership and management.
Proven track record of sales ability.
Product Knowledge: full understanding of basic properties of LPG Gases
Key account management and CRM.
