Operations Manager

The primary role of the Operations Manager is to create value by establishing and maintaining operational excellence throughout the business. They are responsible for the overall performance and management of the Operations Department.
Responsibilities

Setting development objectives for the Operations team and evaluating learning outcomes.
Designing, overseeing coordination and scheduling of training and development programs.
Reviewing and modifying training program content objectives, methods and course deliverables.
Measuring and tracking return on training investment and presenting this for decision makers actions.
Gathering, investigating and researching background materials to gain an understanding of various subject matters and systems.

Qualifications

2+ years of strong operations experience in a busy performance-oriented organization.
Effective people leadership experience towards the achievement of strategic goals.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential; must be able to create and deliver compelling, presentations to decision makers.
Ability to plan, prioritize and executive with discipline.
