He/she will be in charge of managing properties, invoicing, collection of service charge and rent, managing property staff, organizing & participating in committee meetings and AGMs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overlook the daily operations of assigned properties.
Accomplishing financial objectives by collecting rents and service charge on time.
Attending to residents’ complaints.
Enforcing rules of occupancy.
Ensuring service providers deliver according to set SOPs.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and standards.
Supervising staffs.
Providing general administrative services.
Responding appropriately to emergencies.
Advise on new trend in property management.
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor degree in Property Management or business related course.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Must be computer literate
Knowledge in QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
Technical knowledge in building works will be an added advantage.
