Role
We seek to employ a highly qualified and motivated Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for on-boarding new customers, developing client relationships and driving sales growth for the business. The role involves driving revenue growth and customer retention by visiting new markets and selling clothing bundles to customers on a daily basis.
Skills and Competencies
2-3 years of experience in sales and account management
Diploma in customer service, communications, marketing or a related field
Sales skills i.e. able to pitch a sale, up-selling and cross-selling
Great communication skills
Ability to build relationships
Customer-centric individual
Proven track record in a field sales role
Excellent negotiation skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets.
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Good business sense and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth and customer retention by visiting new markets and selling clothing bundles to customers on a daily basis.
• Help new customers identify the best products to suit their budget and needs, and to understand the ZUMI service.
• Work closely with logistics and finance teams to ensure the best quality customer experience.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new sales strategies to ensure sales targets are reached.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time.
