Business Development Managers (General Insurance Units) Telesales Marketiing Executives

Our client an insurance company that is growing its client base wish to recruit an experienced, dynamic and innovative three unit manages for the Nairobi Agency to develop and nurture general business.
Job summary:
The jobholder will be responsible for developing and providing effective leadership for aggressive sales and business growth to a team of direct sales force.
Duties

To successfully recruit, train, motivate and provide effective field support to the sales agents and ensure retention of a productive sales force and attainment of set targets.
Identify, target and penetrate niche markets and create product know while driving continuous growth in the sales and surpass the set targets.
Offer leadership in terms of operational and service delivery to clients and promote a positive company image through excellent service delivery.
Ensure compliance with the including credit policy and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures on underwriting on all business transactions.  
 Any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business related courses like insurance, sales or marketing.
At least professional qualification in insurance like COP or AKII.
Two (2) years’ experience in sales of financial products and a willingness to recruit and grow a competitive team.
A person with high level of energy and abounding self-confidence
High level of integrity and a risk taker
Self-motivated, passionate and commission driven person

PAY
A performance retainer of Kshs 60,000.00 will be offered to the best candidate coupled with commissions on personal write up and an override on the agents sales.
