PSI is seeking applications for the position of Project coordinator to support work with affiliates in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria and Botswana on the impact of privatisation and restructuring of water, energy and waste services, and safeguarding organising workers’ interests in the whole value chain.
The coordinator will guide affiliates in organising the national project activities practically and on the content, will supervise spending and budgets (supported in this by the project administrator), organise and lead regional planning and evaluation meetings. S/he will make sure the objectives and expected results are accomplished and reporting requirements are met. S/he will organise capacity building, research, assist in the development of campaigns and advocacy and fulfil PSI obligations to funders and partners.
The position is a fixed term full time position for up to three years. It will be preferably based in Nairobi, Kenya.
