Responsibilities
Overseeing the timely application of KENHA Exemption Permits
Daily allocation and dispatching of vehicles for all departments.
Overseeing timely NTSA inspection of all vehicles.
Ensure timely renewals of Insurance Covers for all vehicles.
Run a daily inspection/checkup for all dispatch vehicles and pool cars and ensure they are in good condition.
Ensure timely executions of tasks.
Facilitate provision of allowances for drivers and control of this expenditure
Oversee the overtime hours worked by drivers
Offer daily transport solutions for H Young departmental errands/miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements
Higher National Diploma
3 years’ experience working in a medium sized company
Ability to coordinate a large fleet – (over 400 motor vehicles)
Conversant with Kenyan Traffic Laws
