Our client is currently looking for experienced End User Support engineer to support operations of the network.
Responsibilities Include:
Administration and configuration of IT client hardware, software & IP telephony.
Resolution of request fulfilment.
Disaster Recovery of client desktop environment through the use of data restoration tools
Hardware System administration
Manage Change request within and external of IT to its complete process cycle where applicable.
Documentation and Policy implementation
Project Implementation Involvement
Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory information on the organization’s IT Support assets.
Competence – Advanced knowledge of:
Microsoft certification: MCSE, MCSA, MCP
CISCO – CCNA
Qualifications
University Degree or HND in any IT related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in GSM / UMTS Network Operations & Maintenance / NOC
ITIL Foundation
