Airtel Kenya wishes to recruit for the position of B2B Commercial & Product Manager, within the Enterprise Division. Reporting to the Enterprise & Wholesale Business Director, the role holder will be responsible for Enterprise Business Analytics & Reporting, Revenue Planning, Postpaid Products, Order & Bid Management. Specific duties will include;
Postpaid Products:
Management and monitoring of existing postpaid products to deliver growth plans
Analysis of customer needs through usage/behavior, surveys, sales, meetings and complaints
Development of relevant product offerings to improve experience, sales, usage and retention
Opportunity studies and detailed product plans for new innovations as well as full business plan
Execution of planned postpaid product programs within budgets and profitability KPIs
Elimination of all product barriers to sales targets
Product awareness and training
Product life cycle management
Postpaid partners management
Order & Bid Management
Order processing and fulfillment for all new sales
Bid management for tenders / RFPs including business case preparations
Business Reporting & Planning:
Business Analytics and Reporting for all enterprise lines of business & KPIs
Revenue planning and forecasting for the enterprise division
Inventory, budgets and opex monitoring and reporting
Administration of incentive / commission plans
Participation in market engagement events
Market/competitor intelligence and research
Compliance & ethics
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics / Statistics / Finance
Postgraduate in marketing / CIM
At least 5 years’ experience in marketing and products in the Telecommunications industry. 1-2 yrs handling a product category
