Human Resource Consultant

Responsibilities

To source best talent at a competitive cost when need arises
Undertake resourcing initiatives such as head hunting, market intelligence for successful talent acquisition
Coordinate with departmental heads and schedule staff appraisals when due
Oversee performance appraisals ensuring timely submission of reports and analysis
Ensure follow-through of the induction policy in place when need arises
Conduct evaluation of the on boarding process
Handle any disciplinary cases accordingly
Ensure implementation & execution of laid down policies

Qualifications

6  years’ experience in Human Resource Management with 2 years in supervisory level
Bachelor’s degree in either Human Resource Management or any other relevant field
Must be an active member of IHRM
Great organization and planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
