We are seeking a program design consultant to guide the development of our technical design and complete a draft of the technical proposal.
Qualifications:
A broad understanding of social protection and social development strategies effective for OVC in the Kenyan context
At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of social service programmes involving OVCs
Ability to use research and evaluations to develop evidence based interventions
At least a Master’s level degree in Social Sciences
Training and Experience in Child protection
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Desired skills
Experience and understanding of prevailing context in Kenya
Skills in developing work-plans and budget.
Experience developing and implementing USG funded programs
