Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Food and Beverage Service and sales from a recognized institution
5 years experience in the same position in a 4 Star hotel
Ability to supervise, motivate and provide leadership
Must be conversant with food and beverage cost control and accountability
Ability to handle customers complaints
Between 30 years to 40 years of age
Ability to work under pressure & long hours.
