The role Under the general guidance of the IT Coordinator, the IT assistant is responsible for the ICT systems of the organization including research, designing and developing application systems, and providing technical support and training to the users; updates and computerizes the major activities of the organization; plans, deploys and administers communication and application technology, through better and available infrastructure for information processing of the organization.Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in an area of Information Technology (IT) or equivalent.
At least 1 year working experience in a busy IT multicultural setup
CCNA or any other IT professional certification (is an advantage)
Experience in SharePoint development – Proficient in JAVA, Python and Dev Frameworks like Code igniter (advantage)
Knowledge about Windows AZURE AD configuration, Network Support and maintenance.
Having excellent proficiency in spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead team effectively.
Have commitment to work longer hours/weekends or on remote field visits whenever needed.
Ability to coach others and work in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in is critical.
