Openshift Solutions Architect

Job Details

Should have good understanding of Red Hat’s container technologies, architectures, and solutions and public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
Present Red Hat OpenShift technology and solutions to customers, addressing complex requirements, designing value-driven architectures, and explaining the value of these solutions to guide Red Hat OpenShift sales
Architect compelling solutions which will directly result in the closing of Red Hat OpenShift sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Create and conduct demonstrations of Red Hat OpenShift solutions, proofs of concepts, benchmarks, and other deliverables as appropriate
Gain deep understanding of customer business and IT environments and serve as an advocate for customer priorities with the Business team

Job Requirement

Extensive knowledge of enterprise container architectures and solutions, Red Hat OpenShift and competitive solutions, Linux, and deploying and running container solutions in private, public, and hybrid clouds
Experience selling to development community with deep knowledge of development tools and continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) processes
Experience working with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, IBM cloud and Google Cloud preferred
Experience in Architecture, Design, Build and Operationalize Redhat OpenShift environment
3+ years of experience with Redhat Openshift, CI/CD, migration to containers is required
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification is a must
Extensive knowledge and experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Knowledge of best practices around developing micro services architectures, Dockers, the software containerization technology and platform will be a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Telco and mobile network experience or knowledge is a plus
Knowledge in middleware solutions, preferably in one or more major application suite(s) like IBM WebSphere, webMethods, Oracle WebLogic, Red Hat Fuse, TIBCO, etc. is a plus
Knowledge of Ansible will be a plus
