Direct Sales Executive

Summary: The Direct Sales Executive is a position working under the Sales Manager to support the sales process in our Retail Business Unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the allocated sales targets in our fiber ready areas.
The candidate must have experience in selling internet broadband in a busy Internet Service Provider.
Job Description

Expand sales to mass market retail/business users in your assigned region/fiber ready apartments.
Visit and sign up clients if requested.
Achieve allocated sales and revenue targets.
Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities
Cold calling potential customers and setting up meetings
Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly
Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information
Working closely with other teams to develop new business
Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales
Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the Marketing & Business Development Manager
Following up with past clients and cross selling products
Providing assistance to other members of the sales team
Following up on leads generated by other departments
Investigating and resolving queries from customers
Provide daily, weekly & monthly reports on Sales done in your assigned region/fiber ready apartments.

Skills

Good knowledge of ISP business
Exposure in selling Internet Products to the mass market.
Sound experience in Selling ISP solutions.

Required Qualification

One year experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development preferably in a busy Internet Service Provider.
Above average desktop computer skills with experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Demonstrated experience working in sales or marketing team environment
Must be available immediately
