Job Purpose
To provide technical and functional support to business functional users on Enterprise Data warehouse and Oracle Financials.
Responsibilities
Management of data warehouse and Oracle financials helpdesk.
Data warehouse and Oracle financials User Administration and Management.
ETL Monitoring.
Daily Responsibilities
Ensure Finance helpdesk calls related to Branch reports (BOS) and Oracle Financials are resolved.
Provide first line support to functional users on user administration queries (password resets and profile activations).
Ensure all reports generated in data warehouse are loaded to BOS and other downstream applications.
Assist in monitoring ETL process into Data warehouse (under supervision of the manager on duty).
Assist in developing simple reports and troubleshooting user SQL queries.
