Reporting directly to the Finance Director, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Financial Controller to be based in our Nairobi office. In this role, you will be responsible for the finance unit operations and be strategically involved in the accounting processes looking after the short and long term business objectives.A Financial Controller focuses on creating internal customer trust, value and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understands selling at its core. Hold a CPA & Bachelor’s Degree & MBA would be advantageous;
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the finance industry;
Experienced in a related industry, elevator industry would be an advantage
Experience on ERP tools and MS Office is a must, SAP experience would be advantageous;
Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service;
Ability to interpret and analyze data to draw conclusions and identify patterns;
Ability to work together as a team and promote a harmonious environment;
Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Knowledge of other African languages will be advantageous.
