Technical Service Engineer

Your Responsibilities:

Provide Pre-and After-Sales support and consultation to MEA Sales Teams and Customers
Responsible for further development of Global Monitoring Data Base
Ensuring efficient and timely response to Customer and Sales Team
Managing customer information for defects and claim issues, failure analysis, problem solving with internal resources
Active capturing of customer needs on product development and collecting market information
Contacts with laboratories and institutes
 Participates in industry workshops and events and presents Jinko products and technologies
Supports the company activities in SSA region

Your profile:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Technology or related field
First career experience or relevant experience gained through internships (I prefer to have at least two years previous experience in technical support role and/or previous exposure to solar industry)
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to prioritize workload and plan workload in order to meet business needs and goals
Self-motivated, proactive and dedicated approach
Languages: English, French (preferred)
 Willing and able to work in South Africa with frequent travel to SSA region (up to 50%)
