Regional Sales Manager – East Africa Region

Job Description: Techno commercial candidate. Should have min experience of 8-10 years in direct sales to farmers/ retailers in entire East African region, especially that of Uganda/Kenya/Ethiopia/Rwanda. Should be capable of developing markets for new & efficient crop nutrition products (water soluble & granular NPKs, liquid & organo minerals) and devising solutions for the farming community, conduct field trials & product demonstrations. Should be well versed with local rules & regulations for running operations/ sales/ collections/ repatriations.
We prefer to sell customized value added product. We would get into bulk trade only for supporting initial business or a strategic sale or margins are justified. We would like to have the following details from you:

Quantity of sale which you can achieve month wise and country wise in next 1 year for Solubles and Granular fertilizers separately (You can quantify the resources, i.e. Sales Team, Office facilities, Storage, Transportation, etc.)
One Special grade for Soluble and Granular Fertilizer for each country in East Africa
Comments on whether there a market for Liquid and Suspension Fertilizers?
What is your expectation
It would be appreciated , If you can prepare a small financial projection / Business plan with quantities and value for 1 year (In USD)”
