Key responsibilities
Responsible for Country intermodal P&L
Building on country strategic priorities, monitor and manage country intermodal P&L target
Manage performance and ensure targets are met
Ensuring execution of customer needs on physical products
Responsible to drive intermodal and CHB execution towards customer
Building on country strategic priorities, defines country intermodal execution plan, business planning
Executes on physical product delivery, incl. issue resolution towards the customer
Ensures tools, applications and recommended processes are used within the team
Builds strong team with mixed competencies
Responsible for Site Management
Asset optimization at the site
Smooth and seamless delivery of products
Meeting Maersk compliance and local regulations at the site
Cost control and leadership
We are looking for
10 years of experience, preferably in a large organization
Strong knowledge of local logistics operations and systems
