Key Accountabilities
The person will be required to contribute towards the sales and Distribution of the company products by meeting Merchandising, Sales and Listing targets
Propose and Create trade marketing promotions suited for your area and execute them.
Ensure visibility of the brand in your territory through the use of various allocated brand assets.
Ensure that products are available, stock levels well managed and stock rotation is seamless
Follow up to ensure pricing is in line with the company strategy
Provide the management team with market information from both customers and consumers.
Maintain the company relationship with distributors as well as retail outlets
Support and track customer progress to ensure that targets are met
Conduct client visits for existing and potential to achieve the territory sales targets and ensure business growth
Monitor and manage company assets in your area such as fridges to ensure optimal use.
Receive, follow up and resolve all customer queries and complaints in collaboration with the customer service team in an efficient manner
Ensure Customer payment and Reconciliations are done on time to avoid out of stock situations.
Ensure Customers operate within the agreed credit terms
Report customer complaints so that action can be taken by development and marketing team
Planning and forecasting sales in your area
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma in a business related course.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role
Possession of a clean and valid driving license.
Excellent Persuasion, negotiation and influencing Skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and meet deadlines.
