Finance and Administration Assistant

Job Description

About The Person  
The finance and administrative assistant is primarily responsible for basic administrative and secretarial tasks as assigned including running day-to-day office operations. S/he will also assist with financial and accounting aspects of the company which include processing of routine financial transactions in accordance with accounting laws and procedures. S/he will also work as an SEO optimizer from time to time which include collaborating with the rest of the SEO team. 
Responsibilities

 Act as initial point of contact for the main office by responding to both internal and external inquiries/requests.
 Collaborate with the management by preparing meetings and agenda’s
 book receipts and invoices, reconcile bank, organize bank statements etc.
 Make statutory payments for government
Follow-up on all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
Receive and attend to telephone calls
Manage a functional and organized office filing system
Do shopping, organize daily lunch

Job requirements

 Required education: graduate/Diploma education
 Required relevant work experience: not required but a small amount of work experience will be an added advantage, not more than 3 years of work experience
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
