Job Description
The applicant should be able to perform following activities:

Read and correctly interpret drawings of simple structural components independently and critical drawings with guidance.
Read measuring/levelling instruments Tape Measure, Vernier Calipers and Dumpy Level.
Correct marking with variety of dimensions for assembling parts.
Good tack welding.
On Job free hand gas-cutting if required during assembly.
Grinding work as and when required during assembly.
Weld edge preparation of small parts during assembly if required.
Flatness correction by heating.
Fitting of small items without using cranes if required.
Maintaining own work area and taking care of machines, tools and tackles.
Handling of simple and small parts with EOT crane.
Knowledge of press brake and rolling machine operation would be extra advantage for candidate.
