Regional Sales Manager

Overall purpose of the Job:
The regional sales manager will undertake developing and implementation of Kenchic’s  One Stop Shop agro-vet partnerhsips and sales targets with assigned paravets. They will be in-charge of enhancing technical know-how of the team, farmers and other stakeholders within the region.
Key Result Areas (KRA’s):

New market Development
Customer Satisfaction.
Communication & reports.
Sales forecast/projections.
Stock management.
Financial management -Debt collections/adherence to strict financial guidelines

Specifi Duties & Responsibilities:

Achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual one stop shop products.
Translation and implementation of the overall One Stop Shop strategic plan to the assigned region.
Prepare sales forecast/projections for one stop shop products.
Conduct periodical and accurate market intelligence on customer requirements and competition activities/strategies.
Timely and accurate preparation of regional reports and submitting the same to the sales manager and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance by all staff to laid down company procedures, rules & regulations.
Build and regularly update customer database as a foundation for good customer relationships at all levels.
Always maintain minimum stock levels of one stop shop products e.g. vaccines, vitamins and poultry equipments
Provide adequate Supervision of appointed agents in the region and adherence to recommended credit terms.
Manage all Company resources including assigned funds, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner to optimise on productivity.
Manage, train and motivate your team to deliver services superior to those of competition.
Have in place effective and efficient route to market strategy in the region.
Coordinate and provide technical support to all customers.
Ensure there is proper stocking levels in OSS shops.
Ensure the COD rules are applied in OSS products
Ensure the goods are procured in advance and timely delivered to respective areas.
Ensure good linkage with the dispatch clerk in proper delivery of the products.
Regulatory compliance in OSS shops
Participating in any other duties that shall be assigned by Management from time to time.
