Job description
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotels & Hospitality Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with relevant finance/hospitality/real estate academic experience to join our firm as an Intern. This role offers a unique chance to gain experience within the Hotels and Hospitality pace, so that you can gain the experience and training to become a successful Hospitality and Real Estate professional. The team focuses mainly on market and financial feasibility study, operator selections and other advisory serviced related to hotel investment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the Hotels and Hospitality Team, including-
Preparing feasibility studies, involving-
Market research
Development advice
Compile assignment specific primary and secondary research
Conduct operator selection engagements
Assist in the negotiation of hotel management agreements
Consolidate market studies and draw conclusions
Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to clients
Report to the Senior Associate in Nairobi
