VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Paytech Limited is an IT service provider based in Nairobi, Kenya. We are seeking to recruit result oriented Operations Assistants to assist in ensuring daily operations of the company are handled within the stipulated time frames.
Academic Qualifications: KCSE C Plus, Certificate in Computer Packages, Diploma/Bsc in Business Administration, Commerce, BBIT or any other related Business course.
Functions of the role:
Ensure adequacy of the cash, stock and consumable items on site.
Management of all site fixed assets, cash, stock items and consumables and reporting on the same.
Process tenants card applications as per the set guidelines.
Receive and process client requests and escalate to / liaise with site management where necessary.
Ensure that all customer related issues and/or requests are resolved or escalated where necessary within the standard set timelines.
Prepare customer administration reports.
Prepare and share daily reports on cash flow and ensure timely banking as required.
General office administration tasks.
Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year post university experience.
KCSE C Plus and above, Diploma/Bsc in Business Administration, Commerce, BBIT or any other related Business course Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient in Computer packages.
