Sales planning; Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
Build relationships and generate leads from your own prospecting efforts, leverage your contacts and existing accounts
Demonstrate the ability to manage a consultative sales cycle using value based selling techniques
Forecast and consistently achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
Develop sales strategies to capture key demographics
Develop go to market strategies and work closely with vendors on organizing marketing events
Set individual sales targets with sales team; Oversee the activities and performance of the Accounts Executives
Manage pipeline, opportunities and leads
Provide a weekly report of field sales progress and success
Liaise with other departments to ensure achievement of sales objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Attend trade meetings and workshops
