Scope of Work

Supporting faculty in class by leading practicals and special projects
Facilitating introductory-level and certificate class sessions as substitute faculty
Carrying out one-on-one coaching of students, including academic support and career counseling
Accompanying students to the field for work experience and supervising those on internship
Supporting faculty with assignments, exams and grading
Interfacing with employers, clients and other partners to support work experience and internships
Monitoring and supporting students by Interfacing with Student Affairs to identify and respond to special needs of the students and to emergencies
Orienting new faculty to institute procedures, including onboarding them to the learning management systems and ERP
Providing administrative support including uploading course content, student correspondence, collating multimedia and digital library resources, copying, etc.
Support faculty and students in observing safeguarding and other policies.

Eligibility

Degree/ diploma in a relevant technical field
At least 2 years of practical work or consulting experience
Prior lecturing/ teaching experience is a plus
Progressive outlook with strong work ethic and commitment to making a difference
Strong English, facilitation and coaching skills
