Job Details
As a Finance Coordinator, you’ll cover the accounting entry functions for our company. You’ll work closely with our Senior Finance Manager ensure our billing runs smoothly.
Specifically, you’ll be:
Processing vendor invoices.
Assisting with monthly reconciliations.
Preparing company payroll.
Ensuring that time tracking is accurate for the purposes of paying hourly and freelance staff.
Our Must-Haves:
Detail-oriented by nature, with strong execution skills
Competency with general ledger work, ideally Quick Books
Competency with excel and/or google sheets
A friendly, smart, objectively awesome human with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
A team player ready to work remotely
Where You’ve Been:
1-3 years experience in accounting.
Experience with production accounting a plus
