Assistant General Manager

An established organisation in the hospitality industry is looking for immediate appointment for Assistant General Manager with background and experience in Hospitality. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years working experience in the Hospitality Industry, 2 years at a supervisory level.

The candidate will overally act as a deputy to the General Manager and should facilitate for Guest delight.
The candidate must have strong zeal and execution strength, self-motivated and be confident.
Have strong administrative qualities and must be able to do budget forecasting and financial management .
Team leader qualities are a prerequisite .
The candidate must coach and motivate employees to perform and maintain standards.
A Degree in Tourism and Hospitality or any related subject, a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
A generous salary package is offered for the right candidate.
