Job description
Your RoleAs Business Development Executive, you will generate leads, advance the sales process, close new business, and achieve opportunity-based sales quotas. You will also conduct research to identify potential leads and engage with business targets through telephone, email, webinar, and in person.What You Will Do
Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities
Build business relationships with current and potential clients, including via cold calling
Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Present information to potential clients at meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
Coordinate business generation activities and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
Maintain CRM database of client information
Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and trade shows
Close sales and work with the client through the closing process
Collaborate with management on sales target setting, planning, and forecasting
What You Will Bring To KOKO
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience with lead generation and prospect management
Demonstrated sales results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort making cold calls and talking to new people all day
Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Eagerness to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and independently under tight deadlines
Ability to professionally and confidently communicate with C-level executives
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude with the next potential client
Strong computer skills, including MS Office or Google Suite and CRM experience preferred
