What will you be doing?
To create and execute business plan of the region along with the partners and to drive business growth for partners
To ensure 100% adoption of our product in the defined markets and be responsible for the customer satisfaction and reputation of our products in those regions
Create market awareness through events and handle Partner Support function for the region
Co-create the business plan along with the partner and team members to ensure success of the region. These activities may include doing events, doing trainings, one-to-one meetings with customers, implementations, participating in forums, maintaining relationships, doing partner support etc.
Ensure customer adoption and satisfaction through trainings and enabling support functions
Ensure escalations are handled appropriately and timely solutions are provided to customers
Conduct regular Tally Knowledge Camps and Tally Awareness Camps for customers and their references
Learn how our product needs to capture 100% of the market. Ensure relevant product feedback is communicated to the R&D team
To be responsible for periodically enabling all the partners on the usage of product to increase product adoption across region & customers
Conduct OJT and classroom training on product for partner resources
Participate in selection of partners and setting individual goals
Enable partners on understanding Tally CRM and how to take maximum benefits out of the same
Work with a set of TPs to ensure that planned targets are achieved
Conduct regular reviews with the team and Regional Head and take correction measures
Work with partners for long term growth and assist them in conducting all lead generation activities
Work closely with Tally Marketing team to assist partners with all collaterals and designs
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, accounting or a related discipline
Good product and domain knowledge
Good understanding of the marketing theories and concepts
Good understanding of the organization’s policies and processes related to customers and partners
Good knowledge of MS – Office and other similar productivity tools
Fair understanding of the technology landscape
Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital, and should be able to process a wide range of information and communicate it clearly to the partner
Excellent communication skills (English)
Good sales and negotiation skills
Public Speaking and customer orientation skills
Good planning and prioritizing skills to manage a varied and pressurised workload while focusing on the “Big Picture”
Empathetic – understands partners’/customers’ needs and suggests appropriate solutions
