This role is responsible for the ongoing management and growth of the company’s social media presence in alignment with business strategies and direction. We are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop online marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space and to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Own the social media strategy and the execution of the ideas.
Responsible for developing content across owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos.
Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, G+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.
Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Implement highly engaging social media campaigns for clients across all channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr and more.
Concept for social media campaigns and content, then translate ideas into copy that is appropriate for the brand and strategy.
Create social media reports and conduct research to provide actionable learning and recommendations for clients.
Report on the latest news and trends in social media in support of generating more revenue for the company.

Qualifications
Diploma/degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related field
2-3 years professional work experience
High creativity in using social media for brand awareness and good company impressions
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
