Job Details

Check constantly for its taste, temperature and visual appearance.
Supervise all kitchen staff. Planning of food stock in accordance with the volume of business.
Coordinate with the Executive Chef regarding all the purchases for the outlet.
Oversee and coordinate the cleaning of all kitchen, preparation areas.
