Development of an Operational and Analytical Dashboard.
Hand in Hand Eastern Africa would like to implement an information management tool, in form of dashboard; that will visually help track, analyze and display key performance indicators (KPI). The metrics and key data points will help to monitor the health of the organization, branch or Specific project at various intervals.
Business Process Re-engineering.
The firm is required to carry out a thorough study of Hand in Hand Eastern Africa’s current processes for each department, stakeholders and work flows and develop a detailed requirement specification document the firm will be required to re-engineer the current processes and develop a process map to achieve the objectives
Development of an Online and Offline Data Capture.
Hand in Hand Eastern Africa seeks to transform to a digital-first process through data capture. Trainers will use tablets to capture data directly on to our MIS using a third-party solution integrated to our MIS System. Finally the data will be channeled via the API or web service either in real time or offline and later synchronized to the MIS.
