The overall purpose of the role is to act as an internal consultant and expert on statistical analysis and various reporting techniques for HR data with an aim to provide visibility to the rest of the business and to track Impact metrics across the organization.
The jobholder will also serve as the primary HR Data representative to both internal and external stakeholders and partner with HR Business Partners in the delivery and flawless execution of HR services and provide analytical support.
Responsibilities
Leads detailed analysis of the impact, efficiency and effectiveness of major HR activities as measured by key performance indicators.
Analyze staff exit reports to identify and determine reasons for turnover and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices.
Ensures integrity of all data in the HRIS.
Initiates the review and analysis of HR data and recommends modifications to policies and procedures as appropriate.
Manages the HRIS to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of human resource functions within the organization and works with the IT team to ensure optimal utilization of the system.
Design innovative and customized reports to fill information gaps and enable strategic decision making.
Preparing HR dashboards detailing various HR statistics whilst identifying, analyzing and interpreting emerging trends.
Ensure adherence to Risk & Compliance SLAs.
Payroll processing and administration.
Collection of data required for internal and external audit requirements.
Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Post graduate diploma in HR.
Registered Member of Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
At least 3 years of HR generalist experience.
Excellent knowledge of HR best practices.
Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to conduct research and analysis; ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions to aid management in decision making.
Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Possess strong business acumen.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
