Mission of the Department:
To advise and support leaders in creating a culture of collaboration, innovation and results focus in WWF;
To embed the desired behaviours in all key People & Culture processes across the organization
To develop the right People & Culture standards, policies, procedures and platforms in- order to attract, develop and retain the right people for the organization
To create the optimal working environment in which the staff are able to perform at the highest level and hence are able to maximize their contribution towards the conservation goals
To drive the WWF network towards common approach to people development, global mobility, leadership development, rewards philosophy and gender diversity
To provide efficient and effective People & Culture services to WWF International
The Role:
To support the People & Culture Development team in various projects and programmes, including logistics and coordination functions. Operate and perform with considerable independence diversified tasks and duties using initiative, judgement and knowledge of organization’s policies.
Main responsibilities:
Acts in alignment with the learning & development strategy for the Network including the learning philosophy, policy and guidelines, platforms and communication outreach in close collaboration with the HR community and key stakeholders
Contributes to the management of virtual learning activities on all P&C Development learning and assessment platforms (i.e. e-Campus, Workplace, new online induction, MyHR) by ensuring functioning of all learning platforms/ programs and providing support to platform users
Monitors and evaluates use of platforms and collects and processes learning analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation in P&C Development’s approaches.
Supports all aspects of event management for face to face learning programmes (i.e. Induction, LEAD, etc.), including logistics and coordination. Manages participants’ communication and coordination
Supports P&C Development team with financial and administrative activities
Actively participates in driving the adoption of relational learning in WWF, primarily by supporting and managing Coaching and Mentoring activities in coordination with Senior
Specialist P&C Development
Performs other duties on ongoing projects as agreed mutually within the P&C Development team to ensure coherence in the overall P&C Development offer
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
Commercial diploma or university degree
At least 3 years relevant experience in an international environment
Experience working in Learning and Development and/or in Event Virtual Management an advantage
Strong customer focus
Team player and ability to take initiative
Diplomacy and ability to deal with a variety of situations and confidential issues
Ability to build relationships and foster effective communication
Good organizational, administrative, multitasking and prioritization skills
Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
Advanced knowledge of social media tools, online learning tools
Strong command of English
Interest in conservation and WWF’s work
