Job Responsibilities
We’re looking to add a creative and organized person to our Marketing team that can help us grow our digital marketing presence. We have an ambitious plan to reach more people online and let them know about the Maxxis Tyres and you’ll be the person behind this dream. You’ll have a passion to come up with new ideas for all offline and online content. You’ll create and implement tests to evaluate the company needs and see what works and what doesn’t. Most importantly, you will take on more responsibility and grow your career as part of our growing team:
Job Role

Manage content creation
Propose new ideas for content creation and tests based on trends spotted in the data analysed
Work in close collaboration with the Marketing manager to lead the creation content
Coordinate with photographers to document offline activations run at our pop-up stores
Schedule posts on all the platforms we use and proposes any necessary adjustments
Manage the online presence and brand of our company using social networking tools such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.
Engage with consumers in real time and a digital marketer will often be responsible for this communication
Analyse the results on a weekly and monthly basis, implement small tweaks and present main findings from the data
Oversee implementation and testing of offline marketing ideas such as billboards or words of mouth campaigns
Continuously research new online tools and platforms to increase marketing efficiency and lead generation

Minimum Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in online marketing
Business-related degree will be an added advantage
Hands on experience of marketing and analysis tools, social media and offline marketing skills
Must have expertise in paid social media advertising and specific marketing channel expertise
Must have the ability to execute and analyze drip marketing campaigns
An understanding of WordPress
Must have good copy and visual storytelling abilities
Self-promotion savvy
