We are looking for a high calibre TECHNICAL MANAGER ;
JOB PURPOSE ; To manage all technical related works to optimize equipment so as to achieve better maintainability, reliability and availability of equipments and machinery
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
To support engineering team in their maintenance activities
Establish and manage suitable service providers and contractors for factory utility equipments
Ensure optimal machine operation
Create annual budget for engineer spares, service agreement and machines
Manage projects and capital investments
Provide technical support on new product development
Support lean implementation initiatives
EXPERIENCE:
10 years Engineering experience in a FMCG setup
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Engineering field
Masters in Business Administration/Project Management added advantage
