Basic Salary: 120,270 – 180,660
Qualifications
Be a Kenyan Citizen
Be a Holder of atleast a first Degree from a University recognized in Kenya
Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution; and
Have knowledge, experience and distinguished career of not less than ten (10) years in the relevant area

Responsibilities
The Chief Officer shall be in charge of a County Department. He/ She will be the Accounting and Authorized Officer responsible to the respective County Executive member. Other duties and responsibilities include:
The administration of a County Department.
Implementation of policies and development plans
Development and implementation of Strategic plans
Formulate and implement effective programmes to attain Vision 2030 and sector goals
Promote national values and principles of governance and values and principles of public service.
