Job description
We are pleased to announce the following opportunity in the E-Commerce Masoko Department within the Enterprise Business Unit. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for persons who meets the criteria indicated below.
Reporting to the Masoko Technology Lead, the position holder will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Masoko Development Team. He or she will solely be accountable for managing the Product Backlog, articulating customer requirements and maintaining business justification for the project. The Product Owner represents the Voice of the Customer.

Helps develop a Collaboration Plan
Helps develop the Team Building Plan with Scrum Master(s)
Creates Epic(s) and Personas
Prioritizes Prioritized Product Backlog Items
Defines Done Criteria
Creates Release Planning Schedule
Helps determine Length of Sprint
Helps create User Stories
Defines Acceptance Criteria for every User Story
Works with Scrum Team to commit User Stories
Explains User Stories to the Scrum Team while creating the Task List
Provides guidance and clarification to the Scrum Team in estimating effort for tasks
Clarifies requirements to the Scrum Team while creating the Sprint Backlog
Clarifies business requirements to the Scrum Team
Grooms the Prioritized Product Backlog
Accepts/Rejects Deliverables
Provides necessary feedback to Scrum Master and Scrum Teams
Helps deploy Product Releases and coordinates this with the customer
Participates in Retrospective Sprint Meetings.

Requirement

Bachelors and/or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
Knowledge of Agile processes and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Solid Understanding and Application of the Scrum Framework
Evolving the Agile Organization
Previous working experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Creative thinking
Attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively across the business, and to engage internal and external stakeholders
Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
Confident, enthusiastic and strategic with strong leadership and influencing skills
