Requirement
Worked in a high paced operations environment.
Has experience in working within telecoms industry
BRM experience (working with Fin, Sales, HR, Marketing, SCM, Cust service, legal/regulatory) IT & Bus engagement
Fluent in French — Ability to converse in French fluently (Creole speaking — French)
Working across & with franchophone countries in Africa – Chad, Gabon, Niger, Congo, DRC, Seychelles, Madagascar
Responsiblities
Initially the engagement manager works with the sales team trying to win the client’s business.
She will help with scoping the project and planning resourcing.
Once the contract’s won, she’ll be the main point of contact for the new customer and will act as the primary escalation point for any problems in the relationship.
While working with the client she has to keep an eye open for other opportunities with the same firm.
There could be a separate project manager leading the project implementation and while the engagement manager will work closely with him, her focus will be on engagement experience and contract compliance.
