Responsibilities
Source for new mall branding opportunities.
Maintain the renewal schedule of all branding leases.
Prepare annual mall branding plan and corresponding budgets.
Prepare weekly reports of collections from the activities within the mall.
Coordinate the weekly craft market.
Relationships
Reports to Retail Marketing and Communications Manager.
Job holder interacts with tenants in regards to branding.
Skills & Knowledge
Good organizing skills.
Must have attention to detail.
Excellent report writing skills.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
Good appreciation of numbers.
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
Must be a team player.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related degree.
Experience
At least two years’ experience in selling of billboards and advertising space.
