REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES
This role serves to support and manage farmer relationship officers on behalf of the company. You will:
Have demonstrated effective communication (numerate narrations, clarity, brevity) at a rural small scale farmer level and through to high levels.
Be a team player and collaborator who is passionate about the team’s success
Have high levels integrity, reliability and be respected by your peers
Be an experienced driver
Experience with construction of and working on government applications, approvals / permits such as NEMA, Construction Authority, County regulations a bonus. Experience in agronomy or farming not essential, but a bonus. Management / team leadership experience is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants with at least three years’ post tertiary education experience as a field based farmer support agronomist are encouraged to apply.
